DESCRIPTION:
Allows maximum players to join 1 ip duplicate!

FEATURES:
Its features allow you to customize the maximum players involved with the same ip
This is a small plugins but it is quite useful when you organize a certain event and the player deliberately register more account to join the event that this is the prevention for you!

COMMANDS:
/MaximumAccount can use at server and console

PERMISSION:
All permissions are in the configuration
String PermissionMaximumAccount Allows you to join when your ip is full of participants
String PermissionCommandReload: Allows using reload command
