MCPanel

Hello, friends! Here it is a new version of MCPanel. It doesn't bring much news, but it preps the current project for the future. Now oficially I can announce the next version of MCPanel, mcpanel v3.0, which has a home on mcpanel-dev public organization on GitHub. The future is in web development, so it will be based on a web interface. You'll be able to connect to a server and spawn various Docker instances of MCPanel, for zero downtime deployment. You'll be able to test before deploy. And much more. More details will come soon after I'm done laying off the architecture more clearly.
