This plugin have good advantages:

1. Very small
2. Fully configurable
3. Easy permission tests
4. Do not need any plugins for work
5. Has /tell command!
6. Per world prefixes
7. Group worlds with shared chat

This plugin has only one command: /tell [player] [message]
And permissions for message prefix. Example:

Permissions:

megachat.specialworld.moderator 
megachat.specialworld.admin

This plugin do not need permission for default message! So, from this example you got this in permissions:

megachat.<world>.<messagetype>

Now, permission work with image:

AND it has special permissions for prefix in PM:

megachat.personalmessage.<messagetype>

This isn't full version. Full version will be free too. Here can be bugs because this is just BETA. If you found a bug, do not write bad review, just send me bug information in personal messages on Spigot and I'll fix it.
