Current Colours: 
White, Red, Orange, Yellow, Lime, Green, Light Blue, Cyan
Current Styles: 
Obfuscation, Bold
Please note:
The permission for the obfuscated chat style is currently bugged!
Commands:
/chatcolours (/chatcolors) Opens the gui
/resetchatcolour (/rc, /rcc) If player is set, resets their chatcolour, if not set, resets your chatcolour.
Permissions:
chatcolour.red
chatcolour.orange
chatcolour.yellow
chatcolour.lime
chatcolour.green
chatcolour.lightblue
chatcolour.cyan
chatcolour.style.bold
chatcolour.style.obfuscated
