COMMANDS
/msgserver = Send the specified message in the config to all players!
/ msgserver help = Guide to setup and use this plugin
/msgserver info = Information about this plugin
/msgserver reload = Reload the config file incase you did any changes!

PERMISSIONS
All Commands: msgserver.admin

/msgserver reload = msgserver.reload
/msgserver = msgserver.send

VERSION
This plugin only works on Bukkit/Spigot Servers with any 1.8 version installed!
