DEUTSCH:
Ein Plugin, welches es ermöglicht, eigene "Titel" und Actionbars an Spieler zu senden, sowohl als API für Developer, als auch mit Commands nutzbar. Es gibt eine Config, um die Plugin-Messages auf Deutsch oder Englisch zu ändern.

Unter Minecraft 1.7 funktioniert NUR das senden einer Actionbar, Titel gab es damals noch nicht. ;)
Acionbars funktionieren für 1.12 aktuell nicht, da dort anderer Code erforderlich ist, Support wird zeitnah folgen.

ENGLISH:
A plugin, wich allows you, to send own "titles" and actionbars to players, as with API functions, or using commands. There is a config, to change the plugin messages to German oder English

In Minecraft 1.7, you can ONLY send actionbars, titles weren't a thing back then ;)
Actionbars are not working for 1.12 rn, since you need other code for that, support will follow ASAP.

Wenn jemand ohne die Permission(s) versucht, einen der commands zu nutzen, bekommt er die "Unbekannter Befehl"-Nachricht aus der Spigot-Config.

When someone without the permission(s) tries to use a command, it will give them the "unknown command" mssage from your Spigot config.
