Messenger Master is a simple plugin that broadcast/announce when player join or left the server.

Fireworks on join - can be disabled in the config.
Custom message on join - if you have some cool or donator player this is what they need.
Changeable Message - join, leave and custom message can be changed in the config.
Permission:
custom.message - to enable custom message on the player.
