Meta Stick

Before patch1 of version 1.1, the permission metastick.givecommand wasn't working properly. I highly suggest to everyone that picked up the original 1.1 to update to the new patch.

SOME INFO:
Really simple plugin, actually the first plugin I consider somewhat useful or decent enough to publish. I made this to get more used to coding in Java, and I *think* I added every data that I could pull from any block.

I tried my best. Please don't boo me too hard.

USAGE:
When you hold the Meta Stick in your hand, you can RIGHT_CLICK any block to get data about it in your private chat, or you can LEFT_CLICK to send that data to the console. I don't think there is any big use of the console thing, but it was easy to implement and I learned something new from it.

COMMANDS:
/bmstick ~ Gives the user inputting the command a Block Meta Stick
The old method of getting a meta stick (Naming a regular Minecraft sick in an anvil to "Block Meta Stick") still works, and as a bonus it's no longer cAsE sEnSiTiVe

PERMISSIONS:
metastick.use ~ You need this permission in order to be able to send information to your own chat or to the console.
metastick.givecommand ~ Gives a player access to the /bmstick command

VERSIONS:
Plugin should work on 1.13, 1.14 and 1.15; I didn't test 1.1 on these versions but the changes I made shouldn't made this unusable on older versions.
