MicroItems

Well, I've gone and done it.
I had some massive plans for this plugin... decided to put it out for public after i finished the chat part, i've heard some people complaining about not being able to find a chat-item plugin for 1.13+

Chat-Item, as in being able to say an item placeholder in chat (like [item]) and have it broadcast the item in your hand to other players.

So here it is!

The command is simple: /microitems help

Permissions:
- microitems.admin Permission for the administrative commands such as reloading the settings & changing placeholders.
- microitems.chat Allows players to use the item placeholders in chat to display the item they're holding.
- microitems.showitem permission to display an item using the command ( /microitems showitem )
- microitems.item permission to give items using the /item command.

the Settings file will auto-update as i add new features. no worries there ;p

Item.Prefix and Item.Suffix are how you can change the appearance of the item in chat. it's formatted like so:
Prefix + item-in-hand + Suffix

You can change the item placeholders either directly in the settings file or via the command ( /microitems item placeholders )
