This is a simple and sweet plugin that I remade because our old mine bomb plugin caused performance issues.
The plugin is pretty simple. It adds Mine Bombs which players can right click to throw, causing a configurably sized explosion. The explosion won't damage or break any blocks that the player cannot break.
For instance, throwing a bomb in spawn would not destroy or damage anything. Only in a mine would it break the blocks. The blocks are automatically added to the player's inventory, so no need for lag management.
Command:
/minebomb give [player] [amount] [explosion size] (explosion size capped at 10)
permission node for this command is `minebomb.give`
Important note: In order to determine whether or not the bomb can break blocks, the region you want players to be able to break must have the worldguard flag "block-break" set to allow.
