Minecart Trains

plugin will check if the Material name of the coupling tool is valid and will return to default when incorrect. The recent naming change from CHAIN to IRON_CHAIN caused problems.

- arrows can't destroy minecarts (configurable)

- fixed typo in default config - fixed rare issue where a player riding a minecart was killed

- fixed update checker - players in creative mode don't get killed by trains now
