Minecraft, but Speed Rises Every Second

This skript slowly increases the walking speed of all players on the server (0.001 per second) to make completing the game harder.

Installation instructions:
1. Install the skript plugin ( https://github.com/SkriptLang/Skript/releases ).
2. Start your server
3. Put this skript into plugins\Skript\scripts
4. Become slowly frustrated as you attempt to complete Minecraft with your speed slowly increasing.

Commands:
/speed start (starts the speed effects)
/speed stop (stops the speed effects)

Permissions:
speed.use

This skript has only been tested on versions 1.13, 1.14, 1.15 and 1.16 but it should work on previous versions as well.
