Minecraft THREE SPEEDRUNNERS Manhunt plugin

This update features a new command as well as a few new features. New command: - /helpmanhunt3 The purpose of this command is to let the player know how the plugins works and what commands it uses, so they wouldn't have to keep checking back on the SpigotMC website for help with how the plugins works or what the commands are. New features: - Each command now has a description that you can see when you do the normal /help command. - Every single time a server operator (aka a player with op/has op) joins the server, they get a message about the /helpmanhunt3 command to remind them about it, in case they forget and they don't have to check back.
