Minimalist Reports and Chat Reports!

Reports
Allows you to report or chat report (log x amount of previous server chats) any online user! Logs in a minimalist way that does not give too much information, but just enough for you to assess the situation!

The way chat reports work is they create a text file in the Reports > ChatReports directory detailing the defendant, the reporter, the reason they were reported, the date and time they were reported, and x amount of the most recent player-made server messages.
Commands
/Report [user] [Optional Reason]
Permissions: reports.report
Aliases: /rep
This allows a player to report any online player!
/ChatReport [user] [Optional Reason]
Permissions: reports.chatreport
Aliases: /crep
This allows a player to log the recent server chat to catch a person who is breaking server chat rules!
/Reports
Alias: /reps
Displays all commands pertaining to this plugin!
Subcommands:
/reports reload
Permissions: reports.reload
Reloads the configuration!
/reports getvalue
Permissions: reports.getvalue
Gets the maximum amount of messages held in a chat report!
/reports setvalue
Permissions: reports.setvalue
Sets the maximum amount of messages held in a chat report!
Additional Permissions
reports.op: Gives access to anything in this plugin
reports.read: Allows you to read online reports
Config
ConsoleLogging : Determines whether or not you want a notification of a report to appear in console!
MaxMSGs : Determines the maximum amount of messages held in a chatreport!
