    Fixed api issue causing slime split event errors in folia

    Changes

    Added new option for blocking Sulfur Cube split events in 26.2, this requires for the new option to be added to the config file in existing 26.2 builds. If you didn't change anything in the config you can just delete it before starting the server and have the new config.yml be added which includes the option. Alternatively, you can add it manually like so, 
    settings:
  # Stops sulfur cubes from splitting into smaller ones
  block-sulfur-cube-split: true
    if you don't do this it will be left at the default which is it being turned on.
