Fix issue with empty deco file

Massive update - new mdec commands you can copy paste decorations using worldedit selection /mdec copy /mdec paste, you also have mdec list & purge - you can add particles to your decorations using math expression like that - you can add text display to the decorations - you can add light to your decorations like that - smoother record decorations Is this a crazy update ? Yes it is so please donate if you use my plugin on a server where you make money

Hit and interact animation on static decorations

You now can't break normal block with decoration item in hand, useful when removing decoration in game Better bone display in gui
