Added different blocks for terrain palette. Now coal blocks are scattered around the world (will add more ores later). Added commands /mg create <world> and /mg teleport <world> so you can access and create worlds easier Now the plugin is built using api version 1.13 so that means the plugin will only work on 1.13, 1.13.1, 1.13.2 or later versions.
