MOTD Plus 2

From what I wrote the code years ago, I decided to make this version from scratch using my current programming knowledge, so the add-on should be much more stable. The commands were totally changed, now only the command /motdplus is available with its different arguments <setingame - setsystem - reload>, the first argument has its own sub arguments <join, leave>, after these arguments you will only put the message you want in your motd. Add a feature that alerts you when a new version of the plugin is uploaded, so that you are attentive and always updated. Now there is only one permit (motdplus.commands). As a consequence of these changes the config file also changed a little, just a little haha
