What is this?
This ShockWave Tools plugin is the first Multi-Threaded ShockWave Tools plugin on SpigotMC. Multi-Threaded means that this plugin won't hold up your server with lag since everything to do with this plugin is ran on it's own thread. For more of an explanation on multi threading read this.

Config?

the "add:" in the config is something backend that I couldn't automate so what you need to do is for every odd number you increase in the range you must subtract one from the "add:" Example:

DO NOT use this plugin if your server does not have a Quad Core or better processor or if the processor doesn't have enough threads to host the server +1 thread.
