How to use?
1. Edit to config, then do /lockup reload
2. To put your server in lockup do /lockup true
3. To unlock the server do /lockup false

Motd when lockup has been enabled, this can be changed in config!
When the player doesnt have bypass permission and gets kicked (Editable fully in config.yml)
Permissions
Permissions:
lockup.* - access to everything(all perms)
lockup.command - access to /lockup <true/false/reload>
lockup.bypass - bypasses kick/onjoin(kick) (Admin/Staff)TPS Performance
