What about Simple Clear Chat?
- If you have a lot of players online and they're spamming in the chat and it's annoying so this plugin will fix this as send more than 100 empty messages and one final message which showing that the chat is cleared with success.

Maybe the plugin is compatiable with versions lower than 1.7 (I didn't test it)


The plugin shows error logs in the console, when try to clear chat in 1.13-Spigot.
And is unable to generate folder on Native versions (1.13+)
Tip:
Create folder 'SimpleClearChat'
Create file 'config.yml'
Copy the config.yml from overview page, paste it, save it, restart/reload your server and should work!
