Allows players with the permission "mutechat.mute" to toggle the chat.
Commands:
/mutechat (Toggles the chat)
Aliases: /mc
Permissions:
mutechat.mute (Gives access to the /mutechat command)
mutechat.bypass (Allows the user to speak when the chat is muted)
chat.mute.notify (Allows the user to see when chat has been muted in other worlds and by who. (Intended for staff members))
