Bug fix for GlowingEntities lib throwing some errors

- some bug fixes - new permissions: · mydrops.bypass.pickup : anyone with this permission will be able to pickup any item · mydrops.bypass.drop : anyone with this permission will be able to drop items for anyone to pickup - dropped 1.20 support for now (will update NMS version) - added glow effect on items that are yours (will be available in config next update)
