Name Color Signs 1.13-1.14

Name Color Sign is a light weight plugin that will change the players name color or name format in the chat aswell as in the tab list of players. For an example you can have a bold, italic or red name. You can also have reset signs and random color signs. The reset sign will reset any formatting or colors to the player right clicking the sign.

Permissions (case sensitive):
nameColorSign.place - allows players to place a color sign
nameColorSign.use - allows players to use all color signs

Syntax:
The second line of the sign needs to say " [Name Color]" (no formatting) and the third line needs to give a color from the list below. The sign should change colors after you are done editing it, if not then your sign has syntax errors. Example (should get colored after you press done in the sign edit menu):
