What the plugin is about:
This plugin takes a very simple but complex concept called NBT tags, and combines it with hats. Allowing you make the items you're holding into hats.
Commands for the plugin:
/nbthats helmet <true : false>
/nbthats config <configType (has tab completion)> <The option you want update in the config>
