NeoCooldown

NeoCooldown - is a cooldown plugin for teleportation.
Using the plugin, you can make a cooldown from the boss bar or title bar

In NeoCooldown
You can specify different cooldown times for different groups

You can make a bossbar or titlebar appear when teleporting.

Also, during the teleportation itself, you can make the player receive some effects and play a sound
