New Player Welcome

New Player Welcome is a plugin for minecraft servers that well welcomes the new players. But it has several useful features such as:

• The ability to disable the messages while running the plugin ( in the config file ) so that the plugin still logs the players and the messages are enabled, your active members don't receive the welcoming message
• Optional: Send only the new player an additional message such as "Please read /rules before you get started" ( see attached image)
• Fully customizable messages ( including color )
• Players with the permission "NPW.Alert" will hear a noteblock when a new player logs on (Useful for getting staff member's attention)
• UUID based player logging

Please note in the picture of the plugin above only the new player , in this case me, saw the message to please read the rules. Everyone saw welcome LukeSky5000.
