NextGenChat

NextGenerationChat, or NGChat, is a simple chat management plugin dedicated to enhancing chat. It will do such by providing a chat toggle feature, a slow-mode feature, and an anti-curse, as well as some other smaller things. This plugin is very easy to setup, and if you need assistance there is a list of steps to follow to get it to work.

Usage: Using this plugin is very easy. You have a set of commands and permissions that you can put into a plugin like GroupManager or PEX.

Commands:

• /cuc - ngchat.clearuserchat - Clear your chat
• /cuc <player> - ngchat.clearuserchat.other - Clear someone else's chat
• /clearchat - ngchat.clearserverchat - Clear the server chat
• /ngchat.mutechat - ngchat.mutechat : ngchat.mutechat.bypass - Mute the chat
• /slowmode <seconds> - ngchat.slowmode : ngchat.slowmode.bypass - Enable slow mode, everyone can only send a message every so often.
• /prefix <prefix> - ngchat.prefix - Set your own prefix *
• /prefix <player> <prefix> - Set another player's prefix *

INSTALLATION: The installation process is very easy. First, you must have a compatible version of spigot. (1.8.8 - 1.12). Simply put the plugin .jar file in the "plugins" folder and start/restart the server.
