NO MOB BURN V1.0
Simple plugin that allows an op or anyone with the permission to toggle mob burning. Checks to make sure the combustion event isn't caused by a fire block or an entity interaction so it only cancels combustion from daylight.

COMMANDS:
/toggleburn - Toggles whether monsters burn during daylight or not
PERMISSIONS:
toggleburn.use - Allow the player to use the /toggleburn command, only OP by default.
