No Residence Quick Shop

NoResidenceQuickShop can limit where the player should (only) create a quick shop. In a residence, the owner of the land can also modify the Flag to prevent other players from locking his box in his land! (If allowed in the config plugins/Residence/flags.yml)
If the player messes up QuickShop in someone else's residence, the owner of the residence must say f**k. (If the plugin is not installed or the owner cannot edit the flag.)

NoResidenceQuickShop includes some helpful features that help server owners to manage protection. This includes:

• Blocks players to create a quick shop in Blacklist
• Allows player to create a quick shop in Whitelist. No any blocking, even the world is on the blacklist.
• Option to Blocks players create a quick shop when the player is't in a residence.
• Option to Blocks players create a quick shop when the player in a residence.
  
• Option to edit residence flag.
• Allows residence admins to create a quick shop in other player's residence when he doesn't have the flag.
• Blocks players to create a quick shop in a residence when he doesn't have the flag.
  
• Custom blocking messages. You can put a empty string to disable it to!
• Custom Residence blocking. You can put a empty string to disable it. Or put "<default>" to use Residence no-permission message.

• nrqs.admin - (OP) Gives your access to bypass the blockings and nrqs.reload
• nrqs.update - (OP) sends the update-check message when you join the server.
• nrqs.reload - (OP) Gives your access to /nrqs reload
  
• nrqs.command - allows to use /nrqs (no /nrqs reload)
  
• nrqs.create-out-residence - allows to create a quick shop when the player isn't in a residence.
  
• nrqs.create-in-residence - allows to create a quick shop in a residence. (the residence flag can block it.)
  
• nrqs.create-[world] - allows to create a quick shop in a world. But if the world is on the blacklist, this permission is invalid.
