Strength 1 for 5 seconds
regeneration 2 for seconds

How will it prevents
This plugin gives the killer strength for 5 seconds
And regeneration for 5 seconds

Will it really prevents cleaners
Well it will but it wont, How ?
It will make the game fair for everyonn
Example: if the player is left on 2 hearts and regeneration 2 and strength 1 for 5 seconds and the attacker is on 10 hearts it will make them deal technically the same damage
