NoHopper is an extremely simple plugin that disables the crafting of hoppers!
It includes /nohopper , and a config file that allows you to change or remove the message that displays when a player tries to craft a hopper!
It also includes a permission node (" nohopper.allow ") that allows players or staff to craft hoppers!
Without this permission node, players won't be able to craft hoppers.
To install, put the .jar into the plugins folder of your server.

*Any versions below 1.7.5 either do not work or are very buggy*
*1.7.2 gives the player the hopper, but doesn't allow them to place it down or drop the item*
