I accidentally delete a code line that makes the whole plugin reload when you execute "noobhelper reload" so here we are update again. Sorry for the inconvenience tho

Command Shortcuts is now DISABLED I discovered some severe problems when using it so I decided to shut it down for a while while I'm looking for a solution. Hope it didn't cause that much damage

Fixes: · Smart Harvesting and Tool Replacement throw no permission messages every time right-click or tool break. It was annoyed so I removed it completely. I REBUILT THE WHOLE PLUGIN​ Fixes : - Reload command does nothing - Could mine anything with any tool because of Break Assistant.
