NoSwear - Efficient and configurable! [Skript]

Ever wanted a NoSwear Skript with loads of options to choose from? Well look no further, this Skript will allow you to ban as many words as you like.

Commands:
/noswear - NoSwear help menu.
/noswear list - List all banned words.
/noswear add [word] - Add a banned word.
/noswear remove [word] - Remove a banned word.
/noswear replace [replacement] - Change replacement message.
/noswear toggle [on/off] - Toggle global swearing.
/noswear reload - Reload the Skript.

Permissions: (Configurable)
noswear.admin - Allow you to use /noswear
noswear.bypass - Allow you to swear no matter what.

API: (Sort of)
Want to make a Skript that allows you to add or remove banned words using your very own Skript? Well you can do just that with this Skript:

{1replace} - Change the replacement message.
{1swear::*} - Add to the list of swear words.
{swearing} - Toggle swearing.
