NoTab is a Light and Powerfull plugin wich disallow the access to the list of commands (and the access to the list of plugin, when command are formated like /<plugin>:<command>)
This resctriction can be bypassed with the permission notab.bypass.
No commands.
Dependancies : ProtocolLib (Last Version).
This plugin should be incompatible with plugins modifiing the Play.Client.TAB_COMPLETE Packet.
