NoticeWhiteList

• By creating a message and specifying the number set at the time of creation, you can send a message only to the player registered in WhiteListWhitelist.
• Add Player to WhiteList / BlackList by command. (Neither Player will be automatically added to NoobList)
• Send warning to OP when BlackList player joins the server.
• Even if a player who gave a star mark is registered in WhiteList, the message will not be sent.

Commands:

Whitelist

• /nwl help : show plugin's all command help.
• /nwl help <whitelist / blacklist / notice / reload> : show command help.
• /nwl whitelist add <MCID> : add UUID to whitelist.
• /nwl whitelist remove <MCID> : remove UUID on whitelist.

Blacklist

• /nwl whitelist mark <MCID> : give star to UUID on whitelist. (if player has star, they don't receive message)
• /nwl whitelist list <MCID> : show status that player.
• /nwl blacklist <add / remove> : similar whitelist.

Notice

• /nwl notice create <NUMBER> <TITLE> : create notice, set number and title.
• /nwl notice add <NUMBER> <TEXT> : add text to message corresponding to the number.
  
• /nwl notice remove <NUMBER> : remove corresponding to the number.
• /nwl notice send <NUMBER> : send message corresponding to the number.

Installation:
You just install NoticeWhiteList.jar into "plugins" folder.
