Claims
Claims have many customizations per chunk! You can let people build on your claim by either adding them as a builder on each individual chunk OR you can join a party and all members in one party have access to each other land! There are 3 different levels of permissions for claiming that each have different claim limits in config. Supports Placeholder API to get how many blocks a player has left to claim (%novasurvival_claimsremaining%)! You can also make your claim an Arena!
Player Arenas
A claim owner can toggle their claims Arena status using /claim arena true/false a claim being an arena means that any players inside can hit each other! (A customizable warning entry message and title are in messages.yml)
Party System
The party system was designed so that players in the same party can play like they are in their own server. Players in the same party have edit access to each others claims and can also PVP them anywhere!
Party name supports Placeholder API (%novasurvival_party%)
PVP Toggles
There are 2 different PVP modes

1. No PVP
2. Only players in the same party can PVP

Explosive Toggles
There are also 2 explosive modes

1. No explosions
2. No block damage explosions (Will damage players w/o damaging blocks)

Fire Toggle
Only 1 mode

1. Fire Enabled/Disabled

Claim GUI
With a simple command any player can view all their claims from a GUI menu! Helps players track down their claims if they wander.

Commands/Permissions

/claim (nova.claim, nova.claim.vip, nova.claim.mvp)
/claim add/remove builder {PlayerName} (Only requires you to be claim owner)
/claim arena true/false (Only requires claim owner)
/claims (Claim GUI no permissions needed)
/unclaim (Only requires claim owner)
/party create (No permission needed)
/party name {PartyName} (Requires you to be Party Leader)
/party invite {PlayerName} (Requires you to be party leader)
/party join {PlayerName} (Requires you to be invited)
