OfflineCommands is a plugin built to run commands for specific players when they connect.
This plugin can also run the command if they're online as well.

With OfflineCommands, you can reward your players for voting with awesome commands. It doesn’t matter if they vote offline, they will still receive their rewards when they connect.

This plugin is also compatible with Java version 16.
