Important: This is a cumulative changelog covering the source recovery, fixes, features, integrations, and API improvements delivered across recent OmniPanel builds through 18.9.114.
    >
Not every feature listed below was introduced specifically in 18.9.114.
    ---

    ✨ Highlights

    - Replaced the old Section Lock / Lock Box system with unified Panel Visibility & Access. - Repaired rank assignment, LuckPerms synchronization, coloured name tags, TAB integration, and custom rank badges. - Added a generated rank resource pack integrated with the existing ResourcePackManager. - Restored Player Actions, improved Staff Mode, and added emergency staff teleport invitations. - Reworked personal settings, inventory confirmations, inspections, and expanded Ender Storage access. - Improved punishments, IP mutes, temporary IP bans, evidence handling, and Owner Log. - Expanded developer integrations through the existing APIs and service interfaces. - Fixed Java/Bedrock recovery, offline account creation, and save-before-unlock behaviour. - Repaired DiscordSRV account linking, missing commands, and private channel routing. - Reconstructed a fully buildable source project with repeatable builds and automated regression coverage. ---

    🔐 Panel Visibility & Access

The previous Section Lock / Lock Box architecture has been removed and replaced by OmniPanel's centralized permission service.
    Access behaviour
    - Panel features are hidden when a player does not have access. - Server-side permission checks match what is shown in the GUI. - Opening /panel does not automatically grant access to its features. - Whole-section access and individual feature permissions are supported. - Staff can receive narrowly scoped access, such as: - Inventory inspection without editing. - Moderation access without punishment access. - Read-only tools without destructive administration permissions. - Inventory handlers, Dialog callbacks, commands, confirmations, and watchdog checks use the same access classification. - Owners, Boss roles, configured owner-level groups, and omnipanel.* retain full access. - Public player commands remain separate from protected administrative features. ---

    🛠️ Dialog Permission Editor

Panel Visibility & Access is available inside OmniPanel Settings using Paper Dialogs. Staff can: - Select a player or rank. - Choose Everything or Custom Access. - Browse sections and individual features. - Grant or revoke an entire section. - Review enabled features before applying changes. - Apply staged changes with authorization checked again at execution time. Additional protections include: - Stale drafts are rejected. - Reused callbacks are rejected. - Conflicting simultaneous saves are rejected. - LuckPerms changes preserve unrelated permission nodes. - Contextual permission nodes remain intact. - Local access profiles remain available if LuckPerms is unavailable. - Failed writes roll changes back rather than falsely reporting success. ---

    🔄 Live Permission Synchronization

OmniPanel now reads permission changes directly from the live LuckPerms state. - External LuckPerms grants, revocations, and unset nodes are detected. - Saved panel mirrors no longer override newer external changes. - World/server contexts remain authoritative. - Explicit negative permissions remain authoritative. - Registered default-false permissions are distinguished from explicit denials. - User, group, node, and network-sync events refresh command visibility. - Refreshes are coalesced to prevent permission recalculation loops. - Canonical feature nodes replace duplicate registered aliases. - Existing supported legacy grants remain recognized. ---

    🧭 Rank Access Defaults

Built-in access profiles now follow rank authority more consistently while preserving explicit administrator customizations.
    Default / Member / Donor
    - Public gameplay access. - No automatic staff-chat access. - No automatic moderation permissions.
    Helper
    - Limited moderation access. - Read-only inspection defaults.
    Moderator
    - Moderation. - Teleport. - Freeze. - Jail. - No automatic rank-management access. - No destructive administration access.
    Builder
    - Building tools. - Region-related controls.
    Developer
    - Diagnostics. - Browsing and technical access.
    Administrator / Manager
    - Progressively broader operational control.
    Owner-Level Roles
    - Permission editor access. - Full-access defaults. Simple Voice Chat's normal speak/listen/group permissions remain available where appropriate, while voice administration remains restricted to authorized staff roles. ---

    👑 Ranks, LuckPerms & Presentation

Rank handling received a major reliability overhaul. - Normal rank assignment now replaces the player's previous main rank. - Additional ranks are assigned explicitly through Multi Ranks. - default and member remain separate LuckPerms groups. - Default inheritance can remain for permissions without displaying a second Default badge next to another assigned rank. - Duplicate Member creation has been fixed. - Repeated rank-group creation has been addressed. - Rank changes are serialized per player through the existing LuckPerms integration. - User/group saves finish before success messages or visual updates are published. - Failed writes restore the previous nodes rather than reporting a successful assignment. - Unrelated groups remain untouched. - Direct player permissions remain untouched. - Explicitly recorded extra ranks remain untouched. - Offline rank assignments publish correctly without attempting online-only Player operations. - Rank duration selection has been repaired. - Permanent-rank defaults work correctly. - Queued duration handling has been repaired. - Name tags, current-rank displays, and TAB all use the same deduplicated rank renderer. - Dev resolves to Developer. - Mod resolves to Moderator. - Duplicate LIVE and AFK labels were removed from affected TAB formats. - Existing third-party scoreboard ownership is respected. ---

👥 Executive & Bulk Rank Assignment

The Executive rank has been added to OmniPanel's hierarchy, bootstrap logic, and access profiles. Executive defaults provide broader operational access without granting: - Owner bypass. - Unrestricted server permissions. The Ranks GUI now also includes:
    Apply Rank to Everyone
A Dialog allows authorized staff to: 1. Select a rank. 2. Choose: - Online players only. - All known players. 3. Review the affected player count. 4. Confirm the operation. Protections include: - Protected accounts are skipped. - Owner-level groups are skipped. - Existing rank-save logic is reused. - Results are reported after execution. - The operation stops if the staff member's authorization is revoked. Permission:
    omnipanel.access.ranks.apply-to-everyone
    ---

    🎨 Custom Rank Resource Pack

The supplied rank artwork has been converted into transparent, namespaced Minecraft font textures. The current pack includes 18 rank badges: - Owner - Co-Owner - CEO - Executive - Manager - Admin - Builder - Developer - Moderator - Helper - MVP - VIP - YouTuber - Hero - Champion - Legendary - Member - Default It also includes: - LIVE - AFK LIVE and AFK remain statuses rather than permanent ranks.
    Resource Pack Behaviour
    - Rank definitions and configured group aliases remain the source of truth. - Badges use the isolated:
    omnipanel:ranks
font namespace. - Stable glyph mappings are used. - Styled text fallback remains available when the pack is declined or unavailable. - Minecraft's default font is not replaced. - Oversized source glyphs that previously caused missing-square rendering were resized to fit Minecraft's 256-pixel font atlas. - Rank components are used in supported: - Rank display

🚀 OmniPanel v18.9.76 — MASSIVE ADMIN PLATFORM UPDATE

This is one of the largest OmniPanel upgrades so far. OmniPanel has evolved from a mostly inventory-based admin plugin into a hybrid server operating platform using modern Minecraft inventory interfaces, Paper native dialogs, advanced command administration, authentication, networking, world controls, rules management, security systems, and extensive compatibility hardening. This changelog includes the major improvements introduced throughout the recent OmniPanel upgrade cycle and included in the latest v18.9.76 build. ---

    🧩 PAPER 26.3 + PURPUR 26.3 SUPPORT

OmniPanel has been updated and hardened for the newest Minecraft server generation.
    Supported platforms
    - Paper 26.2 - Paper 26.3 - Purpur 26.2 - Purpur 26.3 - Paper-compatible downstream server implementations where the required APIs are available
    Improvements
    - Added Paper 26.3 runtime compatibility detection - Added Purpur 26.3 compatibility - Improved Paper API capability detection - Hardened reflection against changed API overloads - Improved native Dialog API compatibility - Improved event-registration compatibility - Improved Adventure Component support - Improved compatibility diagnostics - Added safer fallback behavior when a newer Paper API changes unexpectedly Paper/Purpur 26.3 servers should run using Java 25. OmniPanel itself remains compiled as Java 21-compatible bytecode. ---

    🎛️ HYBRID OMNIPANEL UI

OmniPanel now uses the correct interface type depending on the task.

    Inventory GUIs remain for

    - Main /panel - Player browsing - Command browsing - Command groups - Player inventory viewing - Kit contents - Punishment history - Rank lists - Region lists - Visual dashboards - Plugin/module lists - Item-based menus

Native dialogs are now used for

    - Forms - Text entry - Number settings - Toggles - Option selectors - Confirmations - Warnings - Login screens - Security prompts - Configuration editing - Dangerous actions This creates a much cleaner experience than forcing every administrative feature into chest inventories. ---

    🔐 NATIVE SESSION LOGIN SYSTEM

The cracked/offline authentication system received a major upgrade. Players that require authentication can now automatically receive a native Minecraft login dialog when joining.
    Login flow
Player joins ↓ OmniPanel checks authentication state ↓ Native Login/Register dialog opens ↓ Existing OmniPanel authentication backend validates credentials ↓ Player is authenticated
    Features
    - Automatic login popup on join - Native registration dialog - Native password-change dialog - Configurable automatic opening - Configurable reopen on failed login - Join delay controls - Authentication session expiration - UUID-based session tracking - Duplicate-submit prevention - Replay protection - Disconnect cleanup - Existing /login - Existing /register - Existing /changepassword - Existing command fallbacks remain available The original security backend remains authoritative. OmniPanel still enforces: - Failed login limits - Account lockouts - Trusted networks - IP restrictions - Password policies - Offline-mode checks - Owner protections - Recovery protections Passwords are never stored inside dialog session state or audit logs. ---

🛡️ ADVANCED SYSTEM & SECURITY SETTINGS

A new native System & Security interface allows administrators to configure real OmniPanel settings. Controls include: - Native login dialogs - Auto-open login dialogs - Login retry behavior - Login dialog ESC behavior - Login-each-session rules - IP locking - Pre-auth movement restrictions - Pre-auth command restrictions - Pre-auth inventory restrictions - Pre-auth chat restrictions - Maximum failed login attempts - Trusted-network limit - Lockout duration - Password complexity - Common-password rejection - Staff onboarding - Critical alert dialogs - Jail restrictions - Jail gamemode Native option selectors and number controls are used where supported instead of requiring administrators to manually type values. ---

    ⚡ COMMAND HUB V5

Command Hub received one of its largest upgrades. The existing Command Hub V3/V4 backend remains authoritative. No duplicate permissions system was created.

    Existing features preserved

    - Dynamic command discovery - Search - Favorites - Search history - Rank restrictions - Permission restrictions - World restrictions - Command hiding - Command disabling - Namespaced-command protection - Argument policies - Cooldowns - Protected commands - Stealth denial - Custom command policies

    New Command Hub V5 features

    - Native command configuration dialogs - Command runtime diagnostics - Effective-access testing - Test another player's command access - Tests do not execute the command - Policy cloning - V3 policy inspection - V4 advanced policy inspection - Command cooldown clearing - Rule reset confirmation - Command-tree refresh - Reindex commands - Favorite controls - Detailed rank-policy inspection - World-policy inspection - Permission inspection - Player allow/deny inspection - Min/max argument controls - Blocked argument phrases - Double-run confirmation controls ---

    🐛 COMMAND HUB NAVIGATION HARDFIX

A real navigation bug was found and fixed. Several Command Hub interfaces were opening correctly but their clicks were being ignored. Affected screens included: - Plugin / Grouped Commands - Rank Access - Bulk Command Tools - Search History The old click filter only recognized certain inventory titles. Search History also existed as a valid view but had no working click dispatch path. The navigation system was corrected without replacing Command Hub. Command Hub routing now covers all registered view types. ---

    🔎 COMMAND HUB STEALTH SECURITY

Restricted commands continue using OmniPanel's stealth-denial system. Players are not told that a command exists when they are denied because of: - Disabled command policy - Rank restriction - Additional permission - World restriction - Player deny rule - Argument policy - Blocked argument pattern Instead they receive vanilla-style unknown-command feedback. Sensitive command arguments are not echoed back in denial messages. ---

    📜 RULES STUDIO

/rules received a complete redesign. The old ugly text-heavy native dialog presentation was removed. The new Rules interface uses a cleaner native Minecraft presentation.
    Public rules browser
    - Clean native rules interface - 3 rules per page - Rule icons - Rule details - Next/previous pages - Read in Chat - Back navigation - Existing inventory/chat fallback
    Owner Rules Studio
Players with the real OmniPanel Owner rank can: - Add rules - Edit rules - Delete rules - Reorder rules - Reset rules - Restore SkyStrike defaults Every modification revalidates Owner rank before saving. OP alone does not automatically grant Rules Studio editing authority. Rules continue using the existing: rules-gui.entries configuration storage. No second rules database was created. ---

    📚 SKYSTRIKE DEFAULT RULES

The old basic default rule set was replaced with a much more detailed SkyStrike rules package. The default pack contains: 30 rules across 10 pages Topics include: - Raiding - Griefing - Stealing - Wars - Alliances - Base responsibility - Enemy bases - Homes/teleportation - Hacked clients - X-Ray - Combat automation - Exploits - Duplication bugs - Client modifications - Macros - Bots - Crystal PvP - Orbital Strikes - Legendary Mace rules - Combat logging - Protected regions - Command blocks - Lag machines - Chat behavior - Staff behavior - Privacy - Account attacks - Staff impersonation - Ban evasion - Spam - Advertising - Economy exploits - Event rules - False reports - Rule loopholes Rules explain both what is prohibited and why the rule exists. Existing customized rule lists are not automatically overwritten. ---
