OreChance [1.7 to 1.12][World supported]

Your players are always getting ores like diamond quickly? You don't want to block diamonds dropping? So OreChance is the best choice for you. With this, instead of blocking ores dropping you can change the drop percentage of ores. So your players won't get diamond quickly like before, they need to find more ores, depend on their luckiness too :p
