OreGenerator [1.21 - 26.1.2]

allows to use the chance under than 0.01 RandomHandler.class is using getRandomDouble() which has been changed to 0, 1 from 0.01, 1.0 this means you can change the chance from 0.01 below examlpe "chance: 0.000000000001"
