Otter AntiVPN
Otter is a free advanced anti-VPN that swiftly blocks some of the most popular VPNs/Proxies by using a custom anti-VPN API. Otter currently offers unlimited API requests. This means you don't need to worry about paying for an anti-VPN anymore. Otter has been tested on PIA.

How does it work?
Otter uses 3 different detection methods to patch and detect VPNs/Proxies:

Staff Monitoring - Our API and staff team constantly monitor the API and use custom tools to detect VPNs/proxies.
KnownHosts - Our API has a list of known server providers that are used to host VPNs.
IP Databases - Our API checks some IP databases to see if a connection is a VPN or Not.

Bungeecord
Bungeecord support is currently in beta and does not have any configuration files and doesn't have commands.

Commands
/otter - Shows all the subcommands
/otter reload - Reloads the config
/otter alerts - Toggles your alerts
/otter purge - This deletes all IP caches
/otter serverid - Displays your server id that will be used in support tickets
/otter check <player> - show's a players online alts

Permissions
otter.alerts - This allows players to see alerts
otter.command - This allows players to do /otter
otter.bypass - This allows players to bypass the antivpn
otter.reload - This allows players to reload the config
otter.purge - This allows players to delete all IP caches
