OutOfBounds

Previous version has a bug. In survival mode, single ball can't placed on the ground and cause error. I've tested this plugin in creative,then I don't notice it.Sorry. Try to be creative is not only way of human...Don't forget survival mind.I'll remember.

In this version, a ball will be dropped as glowing item when it stop on the ground. It will change to entity-ball when you'll be at address. This change is for preventing performance problem.
