OwnNewYearEve [1.8 - 26.2] - Create awesome new year firewor

OwnNewYearEve allows server administrators to create new year eve firework show event!

Data Collection:
This plugin uses bStats to collect some statistics about usage of the plugin. This can be disabled by changing 'plugin-metrics' in the config.yml to false. The stats available to the public and can be viewed at https://bstats.org/plugin/bukkit/OwnNewYearEve/9751
