PlayerThirstLevelChangeEvent

This event activates when the player thirst changes.

You can use event.setCancelled(true) to cancel thirst consumption. Why cancel thirst consumption? because you might want to create your own method to cancel thirst consumption. For example, when a player has a custom Helmet, is flying or anything else you want to do.

But not only that, this event has methods that allow you to handle things better, such as:

  • int - event.getThirst() - Get's player current thirst.

  • bossbar - event.getBossBar() - Get's player thirst bossbar.
  • boolean - event.isUnderSwimming() - Checks if the player is under swimming.

  • boolean - event.notValidate() - Checks if the player is null, dead, creative mode, spectate mode.

This is an example of what i use:

@EventHandler
    public void onLevel(PlayerThirstLevelChangeEvent event) {
        if (event.isUnderSwimming(event.getPlayer()) || (event.notValidate(event.getPlayer()))) {
            event.setCancelled(true);
        }
    }

If you are wondering that you can't set your own warning messages because DeadSociety has already warnings from the configuration, this is not a problem, you can always set them to false and create your own with this custom event.
