Pakraf visualises the packets being sent between clients and your server.
Why might you want to use it?
- Monitoring traffic being sent by users
- Seeing why your server is lagging
- Developing a plugin that intercepts packets
- To just enjoy it
If you installed the plugin on a server hosted on your computer, you can go to https://pakraf.alduino.dev , type in localhost, and hit enter.
If the plugin is installed on a server that isn't running locally on your computer, unfortunately you can't use the hosted visualiser as browsers don't let https websites communicate with http sockets. Instead, you'll need to download the Pakraf visualiser - navigate to the website linked above and press CTRL+S to save the file somewhere. You can simply open it in the browser or you can host it on a non-https website. Type the IP or domain of the Minecraft server running Pakraf.
Note that port 8081 will need to be open to allow for this plugin to work. This will be configurable in a later version.
For developers using this to note packet names: In the browser console, run localStorage.setItem("pakraf.config.formatName", "n") and refresh, which will use the real packet class names instead of the more readable versions.
