ParticleHeads allows you to create player heads made of particles for decoration or information.
The sizing of each head is completely configurable along with particle density.
You can use anyone's skin - even if they are offline or have never joined.
This plugin is great for staff lists or decoration in spawn!
If your skin cannot be found, it will look like this.

Commands:
- /ph create [name] [size of each pixel in blocks] [number of particles in each pixel]
- Permission: particleheads.create
- /ph remove [id]
- Permission: particleheads.remove
- /ph list
- Permission: particleheads.list
