Party Jump for Party and Friends for BungeeCord
This plugin adds the command /party jump to Party and Friends extended for BungeeCord and the non-extended version. With this command you can teleport you to the party leader, if you are not on the same server (for example if you just joined the party and the leader did not change the server).
