- PERMISSION: pec.use
/PEC [PLAYER] (recomand for admins)
- PERMISSION : pec.use.others
- Permission to open at left click in air EnderChest in hand : PEC.LeftClick
- Permission to open at right click in air with EnderChest in hand : PEC.RightClick
- Permission to deny others to open your PEC : PEC.use.others.deny
