Per Player Message [1.7 - 1.13] [MultiLine] [Super easy]

This plugin simply does is send a message to a player , this is perfect for creative ideas with other plugins.
Compatible with console!
Compatible with colors and formats!

Commands and permissions:
/ppm <player> <message> - ppm.use

You can use &h no write new line.
Example: /ppm Royendero &aHello &h &eSecondLine!
